These terms cover this website and the enquiries you send through it. The documentation you receive at the shop governs the actual work.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Eastside Speedshop LLC, an automotive repair business located in Woodinville, Washington.
2. Enquiries are requests, not confirmed appointments
Submitting the form does not create a booking. It sends a request. An appointment should be treated as confirmed only once we have contacted you and agreed a specific date and time.
Any day or time you indicate is a preference, and availability is not guaranteed. If you have not heard from us, please call rather than assume a request was received. We are not responsible for enquiries that do not reach us, including as a result of email, network, spam-filtering or delivery issues, or contact details entered incorrectly.
3. Estimates, authorization and payment
- Any figure discussed before a vehicle has been inspected should be treated as a general indication only, and not as a binding quote.
- Work is generally not carried out without authorization.
- If the scope of work needs to change, we would ordinarily seek approval before continuing.
- Payment terms, deposits, storage, cancellations and refunds — where any apply — are those set out on the repair order, invoice, or other documentation provided at the time of service.
The documentation you receive or sign at the shop governs the actual work and takes precedence over anything on this website in the event of any inconsistency.
4. Warranty
Some repairs may be covered by a warranty. Where warranty coverage applies, it is subject to the terms, exclusions, limits and claim procedures of the applicable warranty program and of the documentation provided at the time of service, which govern in place of any description on this website.
Warranty coverage would not ordinarily extend to matters such as normal wear, accident or misuse, neglect, continued operation after a fault becomes apparent, work performed elsewhere, customer-supplied parts, or subsequent modification. Please ask us for the applicable terms.
5. Information on this site is general
Descriptions of services, symptoms and possible causes on this site are general information only. They are not a diagnosis, are not specific to any particular vehicle, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for inspection by a qualified technician.
If a vehicle may be unsafe to drive, it should not be driven.
6. Using this site
You agree to provide accurate information, to use this site only for genuine enquiries, and not to:
- Submit false, misleading or automated submissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related system
- Interfere with the operation of the site, or place unreasonable load on it
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
We may restrict or withdraw access to the site at any time, without notice.
7. Calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number, you are asking us to contact you about your enquiry, and we may do so by phone or text message. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Content and marks
The text, layout, design, images and marks on this site are owned by Eastside Speedshop LLC or used with permission, and should not be copied, republished or used commercially without written consent. Third-party names and marks that may appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.

This site may link to or embed services operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
10. Site provided “as is”
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information on it is complete, accurate or current at any given time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties in connection with this website, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This section concerns the website. It is not intended to limit any warranty that may apply to repair work actually performed, or any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastside Speedshop LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this website, including any enquiry that does not reach us. Our total liability arising out of your use of this website will not exceed $100.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Eastside Speedshop LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
