I only use Eastside Speed Shop for all my repairs. Recently took my Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil cooler issue, which is a known problem for these cars. They diagnosed it fast, got me a quote I approved over the phone, and Bryan kept me updated the whole time with calls, texts, and photos. Had my van back the next day. Knowledgeable, friendly techs across the board. If you want a shop that actually cares about you and your vehicle, this is it. I'm not going anywhere else.

Starting with the office mgr setting the apt, thru repair process with informative updates, videos sent from the certified tech team, and fair pricing low pressure on needed repairs. I can’t recommend this shop enough to anyone i’ve ever talked to that was having car problems. His skilled team of vehicular wizards were able to pin point issues that other shops seemed to look over and did it with grace. Thank you for being an addition to the betterment of society. We love you!

Brian was very quick and professional, squeezed me in with short notice. Even when giving me "bad" news he was very understanding and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the honesty, happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic!

Super friendly and professional! Bryan took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, pinpointed the issue I had concerns about and then explain the condition and options. I had them perform some over due drivetrain maintenance, and tune up work. They kept me well informed about how things were proceeding, got in touch right away if there were any issues that came up, and answered any questions or concerns I had. I thought it would take a few days to get everything done, but it was completed about a day and a half. Something that is an old school sign of integrity that you don’t see as often anymore is saving the customers parts to show them to the customer. I’ve had work done at dealerships and other shops over the years and Bryan was the first one to actually stop on the way of walking me out of the shop and show me all the old parts that they had taken out. Most other shops have them tossing the scrap bin as they come out of the vehicle. Might just be me growing up around mechanics that I value this, but it’s a small sign of honesty in my opinion. I was very happy with the price for all the work! I will definitely recommend Eastside speed shop to anyone who asks for a good shop!!!

They did a great job replacing an exhaust manifold that I had started, brought them the vehicle and the pile of parts, and they were happy to help get it fixed and back together. Very knowledgeable and communicative! This is my new favorite place to take vehicle issues that are beyond my own abilities/tools. Refreshing experience!!

THIS SHOP IS AWESOME!! The level of communication throughout the repair was amazing. The level of work they did for me was incredible.
